General

Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If the email does not appear in the spam folder, it probably did not reach you. It is not uncommon that email addresses are entered with a minor typo. In this case, do not hesitate to send an email to support@cardinalwallets.com, our staff will update your contact info and resend you the order confirmation for your reference.

Our main warehouses are currently located in Greece and China but we also cooperate with third party order fulfillment services in the UK and the USA.

If you order from the UK, EU, USA, and Canada then you don't have to worry about any extra charges. If you order from another country then you may find that you have to pay custom taxes when goods you've ordered arrive in your country, depending on local regulation. Please note that all import taxes/duties are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns and Refunds

You can cancel or change your order as long as it has not been shipped yet or in transit. Feel free to contact us and provide your 4 digits order number. In other case you might want to check our Refund Policy .

For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 5-10 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process, and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Shipping and Delivery

Most orders leave the warehouse within 1-4 days of payment. Please check our Shipping Policy page for more information.

Upon dispatch you should receive an automated email including the Tracking Number and a link to track your order.
To track your order visit our Track Your Order page, paste your Tracking Number or Order Number and email and click on the Track Order button. Alternatively, you can use any third party postal tracking service online.

Tracking information is available after 1-3 days upon dispatch.
